The Closing Event of the "Discover Your Career Mentor-Mentee Program"

The closing event of the "Discover Your Career Mentor-Mentee Program," planned in collaboration with Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, Balıkesir University, Balıkesir City Council, Balıkesir University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council, and Balıkesir University Career Development Application and Research Center, and conducted for female students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Balıkesir University between March 2nd and April 3rd, 2026, was held on April 20th, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Balıkesir City Council.

The event began with opening speeches, followed by presentations of the students' experiences during the program, their video CVs, case study results, and an evaluation. The students' presentations and comprehensive evaluation results demonstrated that they had developed themselves in many areas, including entrepreneurship, self-confidence, self-expression, and self-awareness, skills they will utilize in their professional lives. The event concluded with a certificate ceremony.
