Qualified Human Resource Project for Digital Transformation
The 120-hour training program, organized within the scope of the "Qualified Human Resources for Digital Transformation: Applied Training and Career Bridge" (TR22/26/BSGTD/0004) Project, conducted by Balıkesir University with the support of the Southern Marmara Development Agency (GMKA), has been successfully completed. The project, led by Prof. Dr. Suat Kara, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Director of the Career Development Application and Research Center, and with Lecturer Özlem Erdil, Assistant Director of the Career Development Application and Research Center, as the project co-director, aimed to contribute to the training of qualified human resources in the field of digital transformation and, in this context, to improve the participants' current knowledge and practical skills.
The certificates were presented to the participants who successfully completed the training program by the Rector of Balıkesir University, Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu. Yücel Oğurlu stated that digital transformation is a significant process affecting all sectors in today's world, and that the university prioritizes efforts to equip students with the knowledge and skills required by the modern age. Rector Oğurlu also congratulated the project team for their contribution to the students' professional development and career journeys.
