Meetings on the Bridge: Leadership from X to Z: From Conflict to Power Workshop

The "Meetings on the Bridge: Leadership from X to Z: From Conflict to Power" Workshop, organized in collaboration with the Career Development Application and Research Center and Hey Career Training and Consulting, will take place on May 6, 2026.

In addition to students, executives from Varaka, HEG Food, and Elit Construction companies, representing Generations X and Y, also participated in the event. The workshop explored the differences in leadership perceptions among Generations X, Y, and Z, and participants gained a new perspective on leadership through various activities.
