BAUN KAGEM's purpose is to enhance the university's appeal by improving the talents, knowledge, skills, interests, and aspirations of Balıkesir University prospective students, students, graduates, and staff, as well as their career planning and development competencies in line with the conditions and needs of Balıkesir University and Turkey, thereby contributing to the development of the university's and Turkey's human resources potential and performance. BAUN KAGEM provides Career Counseling Services, meeting face-to-face with Balıkesir University students and alumni. It offers support in career planning, resume preparation, interview preparation, the interview process, career development, and related matters.
