Applications are now open for the new term of the "Women Moving Towards the Future" (Geleceğe İlerleyen Kadınlar) program, a collaboration between Şişecam and Turkishe.
"What Awaits You?
• Experience in observing local needs in the field and developing solutions for them
• The opportunity to be part of an inspiring sisterhood network and join a community that empowers one another
• Structured training sessions in leadership and personal development
• The chance to develop your own startup idea with mentor support
• Experience presenting a project—realized through teamwork—to a jury and stakeholders at the end of the program
• The opportunity to meet young women from various provinces across Türkiye and build a strong professional and personal network
Who Can Apply?
University students aged 18–25 and young women who have graduated within the last three years—who either study or reside in the provinces of Edirne, Antalya, Erzurum, Samsun, Mardin, Konya, or Muğla—are eligible to apply. No prior experience or technical knowledge is required to participate; openness to learning, curiosity, and enthusiasm are all that is needed."
