The Discover Your Career Mentor-Mentee Program is a comprehensive career development program to be held between March 2nd and March 30th, 2026, in collaboration with Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, Balıkesir University, Balıkesir City Council, Balıkesir University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council, and Balıkesir University Career Development Application and Research Center.
The program, designed to strengthen the entrepreneurial skills of female students, supports participants in discovering their inner potential and transforming it into a strategic force. During the program, participants will identify their personal characteristics, analyze their strengths and energy gaps, and create individual career roadmaps by defining their career compasses.
In addition to training modules covering core competency areas such as communication, strategic thinking, identifying obstacles, process and energy management, experienced female entrepreneurs who have achieved success in various sectors will be matched with participants as mentors. Mentorship support will provide participants with knowledge, experience, and guidance. This aims to enable participants to demonstrate planned and sustainable personal and professional development.
