Meetings on the Bridge Leadership from X to Z: From Conflict to Power Workshop

Dear Students,

The "Meetings on the Bridge: Leadership from X to Z: From Conflict to Power" Workshop, organized in collaboration with the Career Development Application and Research Center and Hey Career Training and Consulting, will take place on May 6, 2026, in two sessions.

The aim of this workshop is to identify the differences in leadership perceptions (conflict) among Generations X, Y, and Z and to transform these differences into a common organizational strength. Throughout the workshop, participants representing different generations will gain a new perspective on leadership through various activities.
