Dear Students and Graduates,

Within the scope of the Şevket Sabancı Vision First Opportunity Program, personnel are being recruited for various positions to work within many non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

"With the Şevket Sabancı Vision First Opportunity Program, young graduates from state universities, which are less preferred by employers, have the chance to be evaluated equally with their peers, while NGOs, an important part of the ecosystem, gain access to a qualified and educated young workforce. In this way, the program introduces young people to the NGO sector while increasing the human resources capacity of NGOs. The fact that 99% of participants who successfully complete the program find employment within the first 6 months demonstrates what young people can achieve when given the opportunity."
