Dear Students, Alumni, and All Stakeholders,
"Talent is Everywhere" career events and Regional Career Fairs, organized under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, under the coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office, with the cooperation and participation of universities, public institutions, private sector businesses, and professional chambers, have been held annually in various regions of our country since 2019.
The aim of the Regional Career Fairs is to empower young people in our country to recognize their talents, regardless of the name of the university they study or graduate from, to provide equal employment opportunities and support youth employment. The fair also provides business managers with opportunities to provide the qualified and young human resources businesses need. Other objectives of the career fairs include providing young people with information about sectors and businesses through face-to-face meetings with managers of public institutions and private sector businesses, raising career awareness, and integrating them into businesses.
Balıkesir University is a partner in the Aegean Career Fair (EGEKAF), which will be hosted by Manisa Celal Bayar University on February 26-27, 2025. EGEKAF will be attended by universities in the Aegean Region, including the Human Resources Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, their students and graduates, public institutions, private businesses, and civil society organizations.
